This Blog

       Welcome to my first blog! I'm not sure who if anyone is ever going to read this but this post is just a quick overview of myself and this blog. My name is Ashley. I'm 15, I know kinda young to be doing a blog but guess what? I'm still going to do it :P But yeah... This blog is about my struggle for health. Ok thats kinda dramatic. Its about me getting down to a healthy weight but hey that is a strugle. I'm about 195 pounds right now and I'm 5 foot 6 inches. I know unhealthy almost obese. But thats why I'm doing this new diet I stumbled upon. It was in a documentary that I watched, it call Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. Its about an Australian who went on a juice diet. He weighed about 100 pounds more than I do but still he lost 100 pounds in two months on the juice diet. So I decided to try it. I want to get down to 140, I have a long way to go.
     The juice diet, it is actually really simple, it where you juice your own fruit and vegitable juice. And you drink that and you only drink that. No solid foods and no store bought juices. I'm doing this for about a month. But I'm also going to exercise regularly like every day pretty much. I'm on my school's girls rugby team. And we practice 4 days a week. Its tough it really is. So excersise, juice diet, and my journey to a new healthier start.

               P.S.     Oh by the way I'll be posting weekly pictures of my stomach to see if anyone (if anyone is actually reading) can tell a differance.
